Used for frame stepping. Tracking measures the real frame rate itself and updates this automatically.
2 Mark the target
Ball: scrub to the frame of impact (use ←→ to step frames) and click the ball. For a guaranteed lock, click it again 4-5 frames later.
Club head: scrub to the top of the backswing (or wherever the trace should start) and click the clubhead. Slow-mo clips track best.
If a trace drifts, scrub to where it went wrong, click the real position, and hit Trace again. It keeps the good part and re-traces from your fix.
3 Trace
Want both trails? Trace the ball first, then switch Target to Club head, click the clubhead, and trace again. Both draw together in the preview and export.

4 Export
Exports the shot with the tracer burned in, from just before impact to just after the ball lands. Saves MP4 where the browser supports it (plays on iPhone, posts clean to socials), otherwise WebM.
